We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your candle, we’re here to help.

Returns:
Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Candles must be unused and in their original packaging.
Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges:
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item within 30 days.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return:

Securely package the item and include the receipt.
